Piano Recital #1

Abby and Sarah just wrapped up their third year in the Let's Play Music program with a piano recital.  The highlight of the evening was when they each got to play the songs that they composed and have been practicing for some time now.  I am so proud of them!  They have definitely surpassed my piano playing abilities already.

It is difficult to hear, but the title of Abby's composition is "Me and My Best Friend."  It is about two kids playing.

 

Sarah's composition is titled "The Battle."  It is about magical creatures having a battle.

We had such a great Let's Play Music experience with Mrs. Kristy over the past three years and are so sad to see her and her family move soon.  Katie will finish her last year of Let's Play Music with another instructor.
