They are growing up quickly

Each day, I am amazed at how much my kids change. They are doing and learning so many new things. Here are a few that I've captured recently.

Abby and Sarah proudly displaying "Beezus and Ramona," the first longer chapter book that they just finished reading (or listening to me read to them). They loved it so much that they checked out "Ramona the Pest" at the library today.


Abby reading "Once Upon a Potty" to Katie as Katie willingly sits on the little potty. There's still hope that she will be potty trained by 3, but I'm not holding my breath. She's a stubborn one with this!

Other things that I don't have pictures for

• Katie is becoming less shy outside of the house and using her vast vocabulary more often with other people.


• After trying so hard to teach good manners since before they could even talk, Sarah has become quite the little lady recently with her "please" and "thank you." Finally!!!


• All three girls amaze me in the pool, especially for kids who don't have a pool in their backyard like Kyle and I always did. Keep it up ladies!
